Michael Lansdell

Head of Picture Finishing & Colourist and Finishing Artist

Michael brings an extensive knowledge of online, colour grading and VFX. His technical ability and creative eye have been vital to delivering many high-end productions to our exacting standards. This impressive skillset has been developed from a degree in Animation, followed by working as an in-house editor and compositor for a number of small production companies in his early career. As Head of Picture Finishing, Michael will oversee online workflow and mentor our Finishing Assistants.

Adrian Rigby

Online Editor

Adrian is an experienced online editor with over 25 years of facility experience, he has worked as a senior online editor and finishing artist across multiple genres and on iconic series such as Disney Nature’s - African Cats, BBC - Frozen Planet, Africa and Wonders of the Monsoon as well as a wide range of specialist factual titles.

Fred Tay

Colourist and Finishing Artist

Fred joined Doghouse as Senior Online Editor and Colourist in 2014 and has worked across Natural History, Factual and Entertainment programming. Previously, Fred has worked for several production companies as an in-house online editor and compositor.

Seb Norton-Ware

Colourist and Finishing Editor 

Seb joins us from JamVFX in London where he worked on commercials and spots for Guiness, Range Rover, Aldi, BBC Studios and Channel 4 as well as longform programs for Formula E, The Royal British Legion and Toyota. Seb is a talented colourist with experience in creating beautiful looks, glossy film finishes and a style we are excited to bring to our clients at Doghouse.  

Louis Domaille

VFX Artist

Louis has joined our growing VFX department as a VFX Artist and brings a developed understanding of visual effects and animation. Louis worked freelance as an illustrator and animator before joining a software company as Lead UX designer, managing a team focusing on motion graphics, animation, and live action. His successful career has seen him work for clients including Ford, Lego, Sky and the BBC.
